Vincent is survived by his wife of almost 56 years, Annette Jones; son and daughter-in-law, Dorio Jones and Darlene Arment; two grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or services in Chattanooga.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
