Wade was a blessed son, grandson and brother.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents.
Wade is survived by his parents, Paul Terry and Amanda Humphreys; siblings, Alyssa Humphreys, Haily Humphreys, Christa Humphreys, Emily Terry, Gabriel Terry and “Maddie” Terry; grandparents, Steve Raines, Jan Horne, Ken Horne and Paula and Bill Terry; uncles, Mark Raines and Jonathon Raines; aunt, Krystal Ward and Great-Grandmother, Betty Carothers; and a large extended family.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm on Saturday at the North Chapel.
Graveside services for Wade will be held at 3 pm on Sunday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Gary Phillips officiating.
