Andres Garcia Gallegos 77, beloved son and father, peacefully passed away on August 23, 2023. Born on February 10, 1946, in Tepehuanes Durango, Mexico, Andres lived a life filled with love, compassion, and cherished connections.
Andres was preceded in death by their loving father, Prudenciano Garcia; their nurturing mother, Maria Catalina Gallegos; sisters, Dominga Ramos, Francisca Villarreal, Monica Gomez, and Lailada Garcia Lozoya; brother Felipe Garcia. Their memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved them.
Andres leaves behind a legacy of love with his children, Andres Garcia (Michelle), Janet Garcia (Cardiel), and Hilda Garcia (Manuel). His grandchildren Meena Garcia, Romeo Avila, Andres Garcia III, Juliet Fajardo, Noah Fajardo, and Valentia Fajardo. His brothers Abel, Leocadio, and Ernesto Garcia. His sisters Socorro Zepeda, Amalia Casarez, and Teresa Ramirez.
Throughout his life, Andres touched the hearts of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit. Andres will be remembered for his dedication to family, warm smile, and willingness to help others.

A visitation for Andres will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heights Funeral Homel. The rosary will be recited at 7 PM that evening. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4419 N Main St, Houston, Texas 77009. Committal service will follow at Historic Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N Main St, Houston, Texas 77009.
