Angel was born to Jose Lozano and Sara Lozano, in San Buenaventura Coahuila, Mexico. He graduated from Ateneo Fuente form High school. He married Isabel Lozano in March 26, 1972, and they lived together in Houston, Tx. Together they raised four children.
She is survived by: Isabel Lozano and daughters; Teyta Lozano, Isabel Lozano(Angela Lozano), Olinda Lozano, and 7 grandkids.
