Anna Gaona

Anna Gaona, 58, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 28, 2022. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jesse and Cecilia Gaona. Anna was kind hearted, a care giver to all, a loving wife, daughter, sister, friend, and forever a Notre Dame and Chiefs fan. Anna was loved by so many and now starts her new journey with her Heavenly Father.

Anna was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Gaona. She will forever live in the hearts and minds of those who survive her, including her loving husband of 35 years, Tom Patrick Burnside, mother, Celila Gaona, sister, Diana Gearhart and husband, Steve Gearhart, brothers, Ray Gaona, Rudy Gaona and wife, Dawn, Roy Gaona, Crystal, Godmother to Alexis Brito, Noe Brito, & Adan Vera, numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Anna was also an animal lover who was deeply devoted to her dog of nine years, A.J.

Everyone that knew Anna knew she wore her heart on her sleeve and she always let it be known. Anna touched so many lives and was deeply loved by all.

Please join us for a graveside service celebrating her life on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any Animal Rescue Center.
