To the Castillo Family: My deepest sorrow on hearing of Tony's passing. I was shocked to hear the news on the internet. I think of him often and miss him dearly. He was my most cherished, trusted, friend. I knew him when he was in a bad place in his life, and I saw what a remarkable man of strength he became later on in life. What an amazing man he became. He had so much love for his family and friends. There was nothing he wouldn't do to help us all out if he could. Good Samaritan to strangers, good son, brother, uncle, FRIEND. He touched everyone's heart that he met! I will always have him in my heart and remember....

We've thought of you during the past few years.  We just found out the sad news.  Tony, you will always be remembered fondly by Mike and I.  So very sorry we had not known sooner.  Rest In Peace Friend.

I have known Tony for at least 12 years or more. He was a great business college and a true friend. Tony even named my current company today "Global Green Technologies" Today, I googled his name trying to find him, and I found his obituary just today. I'm still in shock, I spent his 58th B-day at BICSI in Las Vegas with him. A lady came by the table and took are picture together, he of course had to by all of them. I will cherish my 8x10 photo graph of Tony and I for ever. I know I will see him again in eternity. God bless you all, thanks for the friendship Tony I will miss you dearly. BICSI will never be the same!

 I met Tony 8 years ago through rather unusual circumstances. We would talk to each other occasionally, for moral support, until about 2 years ago. I received a call from him as I was headed back home one night. He had spent 8 hours on the phone with computer tech support (India, of course). They had managed to completely screw up his business computer. He was desperate to get it fixed by the next day. I spent 4 hours at his house, and by 2 AM I had succeeded in getting it running well enough to use. His computers became an ongoing project. We ended up becoming close friends because of the time that I spent at his house fixing those computers. Once they were fixed, we still continued to hang out together.

 I noticed that as I spent more time around Tony, I was becoming a happier person. His upbeat attitude about life was infectious. Even as he went through a transplant, chemotherapy, and numerous hospital stays, he still managed to stay positive about everything that was happening. When I spoke to him on the bad days and asked how it was going, a frequent answer was "Just another day in paradise!” said with a chuckle and a big grin. He wasn't complaining. He just wasn't going to let anything get him down.

 Tony truly lived for family and friends. I am envious of the people that knew Tony for a long time, and wish that I had spent more time with him when I first met him. I doubt very much that there is anyone out there that can say their life was not made better by knowing Tony. I know that he had hundreds of friends, but I will always be proud to say that Tony was my best friend.

 The world has lost a great man. I really miss you Brother...

I was so shocked to hear about Tony leaving us.  His smile and his heart will be sorely missed by me and mine.  He was always a source of inspiration and love and I treasure my memories of him.

After having met the Castillo family and the Almogabar family, it is no wonder that Tony was so warm and loving.  I see the same love, caring, and kindness in you all.  

Tony and I are brothers.  I know this because each time we greeted each other I would say "Hey Brother Tony" and he would say "Hey Brother Ray."  So it must be true.  Hehehe.

Tony was not only a business associate but a good friend.  I will miss his smiling face every time he came by to visit.  He was always willing to help and find the right part or equipment that we needed.  I have kept him in my prayers last few months and know he is with our lord in heaven.  I will always remember Tony.

Tony was an "Ultimate Fighter" in the true since of the name. His battle was a long one with his love ones always at his side. I have never seen truer love that what I saw with his family. As the words in Vince Gill's song "Go Rest High On That Mountain". You have earned your rest and the seat in Gods motorcyle ride in the Heavens.
