Aurora S. Saldana

She married Frank G. Saldaña in 1956, and they lived in Houston, Texas. Together they raised four children. She is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Saldana-Melendez (Kim Beck) and Annette Ullrich, her husband, Rainer. As well as her two sons, Frank Saldana, his wife, Dora and Joseph Saldana, his wife, Patricia.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers, Jose Sosa, wife, Paula and Acencion Sosa, wife, Teresa.

Grandchildren: Damian Berntsen, Wife - Brittney, Marcus Berntsen, Francesca Madden, Husband-Nick, Julia Lee, husband-Michael, Joshua Saldana, wife-Sarah, Jonathan Saldana, Jayilyn Saldana, Myrissa Saldana and Michael Saldana. Great-Grandchildren: Novalee Elizabeth Madden, Anastasia Aurora Madden, Silias Walter Berntsen, Christopher and Colton Lee, Landyn Longoria, Aiyden Longoria and Iyan Longoria and Josiha Saldana.

Aurora is remembered as a wonderful Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma (GG) to her family. She loved her family and her sweets, she will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation for Aurora will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM with a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
