B. (Bessie) Neoma Garrison (Harris, Pruett) passed away on October 11, 2014. She was born on November 23, 1923 along the rail road Extra Gang in Garrison, Texas to Mayme Pruett (Reynolds) and Hosea Lawrence Pruett. She was pre-deceased by both her parents, brother Hosea Lawrence Pruett Jr., sisters: Dessie Marie (Ashorn, Weir), Lauretta Jo Thompson. She is survived by her loving sons: Loyd Roscoe Harris Jr. and his wife Aurora, Gary Lawrence Harris and his wife Linda and son Christopher Lawrence Harris, and her daughter (Lauretta) Denene Bammel and her sons: Scotty Jean Bammel and wife Rosa and daughters: Ashly and Samantha; Kenny Lee Bammel and three sons: Joseph, Justin and Jason and daughter Lilly. She is also survived by her nephews: Larry Thomas Pruett, Jesse Weir; Nieces: Sharon Lorainne Pruett, Mary Jeanine Harrington, Sandra Pyle, Joyce Marie Bradshaw, Kathy Jo Hearn. The family will gather Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Earthman-Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 N. Fwy. Houston, TX 77060 from 9:30am-10:30am with a Graveside service to be held at 11:00am.
