She married Walter Adkison and went on to raise four children. She loved all of her children: David Lamar, Leonard Wayne, Joseph Allen and Gayle Elaine Adkison.
She is preceeded in death by her son, Joseph Allen Adkison; and daughter, Gayle Elaine Jessop.
She is survived by her sons: David Lamar and Leonard Wayne; grandchildren Kenneth, Kevin, Kimberly and Kerry Adkison; Cindy Adkison Pruneda; Donald Morgan II, Sonya Morgan, Clinton and Carolyn Jessop; great-grandchildren Haley and Donald Morgan III, John Facundo, Evan and William Jessop.
She will be laid to rest in Praire Lea Cemetary in Brenham, TX.
