He was born in Houston, Texas on August 08,1993. He had a passion for making people laugh and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by Mother Charlotte Syzdek, Father Bon Wayne Cook III, Sisters Amber Cook and Sophia Wiseman, Grandmother Janda Syzdek, and numerous family and friends.
A graveside service for Bon Wayne Cook IV will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
