Carl Fredrick Grimmer, age 71, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Seattle, and raised in Spokane, WA, he graduated from Gonzaga University and was a retired Civil Engineer with Shell Oil and several other oil and gas companies. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Claudia Grimmer; daughter, Molly Sullivan and husband Matt; son, Breck Grimmer and wife Wendy; grandchildren, Maggie Sullivan, Blake Grimmer, and Jake Grimmer; sister, Shirley Wells of Spokane, WA; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 10, 2014 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. The family would like to thank Millennium Oncology and Silverado Hospice for their support and care.
