Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Vickie Pate & husband Drake, and Rhonda Crawford.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 4-6 PM at Heights Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held the following afternoon at 1 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery.
