Cecilia A Rich

Born on December 16, 1954, in Houston, TX, to parents Cecil Thomas and Louise Thomas. In 1982, she married William Rich, the love of her life. Upon her marriage to Bill, she inherited her dear children, Kimberly Tobola and Michael Rich.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Thomas, her mother, Louise Keir, and her sister, LaRita McGown.

She is survived by her husband, William Rich, her daughter, Kimberly Tobola, her son, Michael Rich, her grandchildren that brought her so much joy, Cameron, Mackenzie, and Megan Tobola, Michael and William Rich, her brother, Barney Thomas and wife, Linda, her sister, Elizabeth Perez and husband, Raymond. Cecilia cherished her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

Cecilia leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith and unconditional love. Her life reflected Christ in both word and deed. As Scripture promises, “In My Father’s house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you” (John 14:2–3). It was Cecilia's

heartfelt desire that anyone who did not yet know her Lord would come to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, so they too might one day join her in eternal glory. She will be deeply missed until the day her loved ones are reunited with her.
