Celia worked for many years at the Houston Police Department as a radio dispatcher. She had a passion for her fellow officers in blue.
Among her other passions were tigers, cats and animals in general. She truly enjoyed working as pet trainer at Petsmart. She was an incredibly talented artist who loved to draw and paint. Painting ceramics was her favorite. Church, reading, music and cooking were other pastimes she loved.
She was survived by both of her brothers, David P. Scheer and Richard L. Scheer, her niece Trina West, her nephew Chris Scheer, great nieces Kimberly Valentine, Elise Bogucki, Angelica Scheer and great nephew Richard A. Scheer and great-great niece Mina Bogucki.
Services will be held at 1 pm 12/17/2022 at Forest Park Lawndale.
