He is survived by his devoted partner of 30 years, Tanya Mason; parents, Josephine and Augustine Rodriguez; sons, Thomas and Michael Ramirez; and brothers, Ricardo, Augustine, and Herman Rodriguez, Robert and Vincent Ibarra, and Fabian Ramirez. He is also remembered by sisters-in-law, Terion Peloquin, Kim Alfaro, and Veronica Rodriguez; and his beloved grandchildren.
Cesar was preceded in death by his uncles, Rudolph, Daniel, and Rosendo Rodriguez, and aunts, Mary and Carmen.
A man of music and deep devotion, Cesar’s heart was most evident in his bond with his animals, especially his horse and his faithful dog, Layla. He leaves a legacy of strength and intensity that will not be forgotten.
