I have so many fond memories of Charlie, he was a good man.  I wish I could have seen him more but he was always in my thoughts. Even made a country song about him in 2016.
I remember when I first meet Charlie, I was 10 or 11 years old and him and my mom came to pick my brother and I up in the MG with the top down.  It was so fun.  There was this switch on the dashboard that lit up red, he said when you press it it makes the car fly, I wasnt sure if he was telling the truth but it was funny.  He always came up with something funny to say. I even wrote a song about him. 
I remember visiting during the summer of 1981, it was the most fun I ever had.  My brother John and I spent almost 2 weeks with my mom and Charlie, I'll never forget it.  Charlie cooked and we partied!  Party on Charlie, we love you!
