Cynthia Lynn Temple

Sister in Christ, Cynthia Lynn Christopher-Temple “CC” was called to HIS mighty kingdom on February 27, 2025. Born on December 8, 1947 in Houston, Texas, CC walked faithfully for 77 years in the steps of Jesus.

There is so much to remember about CC. She was so very before her time. She was an artistic & creative soul. So intelligent, witty, & compassionate. She will no doubt be remembered by all for the countless blessings she bestowed upon us in her unique & heartfelt ways. Her smile was like the sun, brightening up any room. Her eyes were as those of the biggest & bluest sky. She was an absolute gourmet cook, she loved growing her own herbs, painting, writing, singing & continually studying the Lord’s word with her favorite & dedicated prayer partners.

CC loved each of us unconditionally. Regardless of who knew her for 3 months or who knew her all her life. She loved us the same, prayed for every one of us, & always put us first.

She is in the place she was faithful to. She deserves it & will dwell in the house of the Lord for eternity.

CC is survived by her two daughters Mary Kimberly Zamprelli & Nikki Alexandra Temple. Her BFF Mark Temple, Sister Donna Jo Christopher, Stepmom Sammie Christopher, Stepdad Gary Osborne, Cuzzie Joanie Anderson, Grandchildren Jacob Koch & Anthony Zamprelli, Nephews Frankie & Chris Hill, Great Grandchildren Caroline & Colton Koch, great niece Abigail Hill, her beloved pug Noah, as well as countless more beloved family members, friends, & prayer warriors.

A committal service for Cynthia will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023.
