Dorothy is preceded in death by her mother Ora Shiloh and father Armano Richard, one sister, and five brothers.
She leaves to mourn her sisters: Rita Stout and Hester Harmon; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Ray & Madeline Espree; two step-daughters and a loving friend Helen Mitchell. She also leaves to mourn a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Services will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 5102 Dabney St., Houston, TX. The viewing will be held at the church on Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Rosary 10:30 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery 13102 North Freeway, ( I-45 between Greens and Rankin)
