Douglas Elsworth Everett, a native Houstonian and log-time Masonic brother, was born on December 12, 1961 to the late Randall Eugene Everett and Georgia Ruth Everett. He departed this life on March 5, 2018.Mr. Everett attended schools in the North Forest School District and was a 1980 Forest Brook graduate. He matriculated at Prairie View University where he majored in Engineering until going into entrepreneurship. During his life, he became a community leader as a member of the Masonic body, a devoted and loving father and honorable man, as he was devoted to his community, family, friends and anyone in need. His professional career included: Vice President of Marketing and Sales of LEAD Green Energy; Account Executive of Channel 11, Distribution Manager of COSCO, and Assistant Food Director for Philander Smith College.Survivors are his devoted son, Douglas Elsworth Everett, Jr., his sister Lozetta Davis, four aunts, three uncles, a host of cousins and other relatives and countless friends, Douglas Elsworth Everett is gone, but he will never be forgotten by hos family and many friends.
