Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert A. Abshire. She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Elisa "Michelle" Abshire; her special companion, Sassy and nieces and nephews.
Visitation with family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on December 3, 2022 at Waltrip Funeral Directors. Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Claire Venue at Waltrip Funeral Directors. The family requests that all wear casual attire.
