Dear Czigan Family,

I am so sorry for the loss of Ellen.  I knew Ellen from Fulbright, but primarily got to know her over the years when we would both volunteer for the Heights home tours.  Just this past Spring, Ellen helped me out by vounteering as a docent when my house was on the tour.  Ellen was a valued member of the Heights community and a very giving person and will be missed.

I worked with Ellen at Fulbright and we enjoyed many free concerts at the Wortham during our lunch break, as well as luncheons at Christ Church.  Ellen was the only person that I know that was more frugal than myself and she knew how to find a bargain. We shared memories of growing up in Houston. She was so giving and caring for others and I am glad that I got to know her.  I pray that she is resting in peace with our Lord and Savior.

Ellen always had a smile on her face and love for her sisters and family.  Ellen is in God's hands and rejoicing in heaven.   May God give strength to the family and our prayers are with each member at their time of sorrow.

I've loved having Ellen as a friend these past three years and will miss her enormously. She had one of the kindest hearts of anyone I've ever known, always putting the needs and feelings of others before her own. Ellen touched so many lives in her quiet and unassuming way and leaves behind a lot of very heavy hearts. I will always miss Ellen but am grateful that our paths crossed for a short while.

Please let me first say that I am so sorry to the family and friends of Ellen for your loss. I worked with Ellen briefly and just recently started to get to know her. In the little time that I did get to know her, she told me how she liked to use her spare time volunteering and helping the community. Ellen seemed to be a very sweet and giving person. Although I did not know her very long, I am saddened by the fact that she is gone. My prayers are with her family during this time of loss.

To a beautiful spirited woman, you shall be missed. It has been a pleasure working with you.  To the family take comfort in knowing that she now lives in a place of all happiness.  GOD BLESS and my his hands continue to be upon your family.  Isaiah 66:13

I will always remember our long conversations about the palm trees, even though we have only known each other for a short time you will truly be missed.
