She is survived by her children, Emiia Seng-Quant; Emilio D. and Rita M. Seng; Antonio and Sonia M. Seng; Silvia E. Seng; Norma L. Seng; Martha L. Seng; Eddy A. and Veronica M. Seng and William A. and Maria D. Seng; grand-children, Lawrence E. Chang, Lizette A. Chang-Zahn, Esilda M. Seng-Rogers, Jose A. Seng, Silvia M. Seng, Sonia M. Seng-Karanth, Diana C. Seng, Suzette Seng, Maria J. Seng-Lopez, Gene A. Louis, Aileen M. Seng, Victoria E. Seng, Veronica Seng, Emilio A. Seng, Adriana C. Seng, Mayling Quant, Douglas Quant, Javier Quant and Martha E. Quant; along with great-grandchildren, Brian Seng, Jaider Seng, Andrew Rogers, Jose Seng, Olivia Rogers, Michaela Seng, Sophia Rogers, Kiran Karanth, Mira Karanth, Fiamma Zahn, Benjamin Louis, Mateo Lopez, Nathan Seng, Zachary Louis, Jordan Chang and Sage Chang. She is also survived by siblings, Reynaldo Chow, Lyonel Chow, Denis Chow, Adrian Chow, Omar Chow and Noel Chow.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 43 years, Emilio Seng, and daughter, Lesbia Seng-Chang.
Pallbearers will be Emilio D. Seng, Antonio Seng, Eddy A. Seng, William A. Seng, Noel Chow and Gene A. Louis.
