

Evan Taylor Lacombe, 28, of Houston, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 2nd, 2016. He was proud native Houstonian born on June 30th 1988 to Thomas and Sheryl Lacombe. Evan graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and shortly afterwards relocated back to Houston with his family. He took great pride in his work as a technician with SmartPipe Technologies in Houston, Texas, and in his spare time enjoyed working on anything mechanical, exercising and being with his beautiful dog Blitz. Evan was that special person that would never think twice about giving you the shirt off his back. Evan’s gift to mankind was to be that special person that made a difference in this world. It is for this reason that Evan chose to be an organ donor, and with his passing he will be fulfilling the needs of 50 recipients with life giving organs. His legacy of life will be carried in others so that they may live, love and prosper. Evan is survived by his sisters Aubrey and Lindsey, brother-in-law Tom Tichi, his parents Thomas and Sheryl, his grandmother Candida Lacombe, step-father Grant McHardy and his extended family, Marcos Ramirez, Flor, Nabil and Nasim Dimassi. His wonderful spirit, joy, and talents will be celebrated 2:00 pm followed by a Holy Rosary and Mass starting at 3:00 pm at the Heights Funeral Home at 1317 Heights Boulevard.
