Finley Dunn Boothe

Finley was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and served his country during World War II. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Finley also loved his Houston sports teams; especially the Astros and Texans.

Finley is survived by his daughters, Deborah Scheffer, and Teressa Pavlas (Greg Pavlas); grandchildren, Matthew Scheffer, Brian Scheffer, Katie Scheffer, Laura Pavlas, and Mark Pavlas; great-grandson, Jaxon Scheffer; brother, Bobby Boothe; sister-in-law, Rexine Boothe. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, C.C. Boothe, Jim Boothe, Sydney Boothe, Leroy Boothe, and Jean Boothe Sagely; son-in-law, David W. Scheffer.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2016, from 6-8 Pm at Heights Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held the following morning at 10 AM at Houston National Cemetery.
