After a long and courageous battle with his illness, he died on January 30, 2021. In the end, his body was not as strong as his will.
He leaves behind Doris, his loving wife, of 32 years, his mother Beatrice, his sister Molly as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many in-laws.
George was full of life, loved to laugh and have a good time. He loved cooking, barbecuing, and shooting pool (especially in tournaments). He also enjoyed country western music and dancing.
He was a licensed electrician and belonged to the I.B.E.W. Local Union #716. He retired in 2016 after 36 years of exceptional service.
