Gerald A. Browning

Gerald A. Browning, 81 died Saturday, March 14, 2020 after a long illness. He is survived by E. Araiza, a long time friend and business partner, his daughters, Leslie Gibbs and her husband Charles and Carol Young and her husband Kurt, grandchildren; Bob Gex, Ben Gex, Hannah Gex, Paige Young and Kendall Young. Gerald was born in Groves, Texas and raised in Hearne, Texas. He received his Bachelor Degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Early on, he was employed by the Foley’s Retail Store in downtown Houston. He retired and become a broker at James D. Owens & Associates. He was very instrumental in the growth and success of the company until his passing.

He will be missed by all who love him very much.
