He is my younger brother it has been years since he passed on. True he was visually handicapped . But more handicapped by growing up in Pasadena Tx and impatient people. He was smart , and wanted to succeed in life despite people always shutting him down. He was not one to sit at home and listen to the radio and or tv.. 
I miss him and the arguments we had. I would trick him to eating or trying different foods such as tomatillo sauce or something like that.
I figured he might like something . Like most of us he was set in his ways. Life gave him the short end of the stick.
I miss him.

I will truly miss you my dear friend, what a wonderful person and friend you were, you gave me the encouragement for computer repair and also helped me with my Ham radio license.. I miss the days you lived in Corpus.. Rest in eternal peace my friend!

I'm disappointed in Mr. Foster's skimpy obituary. I know he had family, some of which have also departed. He was also a career student. He earned a certificate in  HR management and one in Business management. He also earned an Associate of Arts degree and an Associate of Science degree. He wanted to be employed, but he needed to catch up with technology and overcome barriers. His personality gained him friends and acquaintances, but he also had a way about him that others didn't appreciate. I hated that some took advantage of him.
I know he's no longer suffering medically and emotionally and that's the only consolation I take in learning so late about his passing. He will be a student I will always remember. May he rest in peace.

I have known Greg for 33 years. As an avid amateur radio operator (N5FSJ), we first met on the radio. At the time, I was living in Freeway Manor, and he was living with his Mom a couple of miles away near Hobby Airport. Through the passing years, he moved to different residences, and so did I, but we continued to maintain our friendship. 

Greg was long on ideas, but short on resources. His primary focus was developing The Challenge Center, which was to be a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation center for the handicapped, which would enable these individuals to achieve independence rather than be exploited as other programs have traditionally done. I think it's worth mentioning that he developed the charter and bylaws all by himself, then filed for and received 501C3 non-profit status by the IRS. 

Tanveer mentioned that Greg offered him a place to stay in his time of need. He provided me with the same, when I moved back to Texas from Georgia.

Greg was a kind soul, and because of this was taken advantage of by some shady individuals, both here and overseas. But his heart was always in the right place. I think, in the end, all Greg wanted was to be loved, and by his true friends, he was.

I'll miss you, Greg.

Gregory Foster was the kindest man I knew. I have known Greg for 32 years and always felt that being around him was a blessing from above as he always made me feel special and always had time for his  friend. I met Greg 32 years ago at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, TX parking lot in 1988 and immediately we became fast friends. Back in 1988/1989, there was a time where I had no place to live and Greg offered me to stay at his place. He is the most generous and unselfish person I have ever seen in my life and I will never forget my Best Friend. He always wanted to help everyone he knew regardless of race, color, religion. 

I will miss you so much every day my friend but I have to believe that God has his reasons and you are in a much better place now and you have everything that you missed here on this earth. 

Thank you my friend for being so kind to me over the last 32 years and for your friendship as I would not have gone through this far without you and you are a big part of all of my successes in my life. Thank you and God Bless you for being an angel on this earth.

Man this is crazy all I know is you had your ways but you always made sure the people you loved was in good grace. I’m sitting here thinking about the time you smashed gram in the face with that cake 😂😂😂😂  hilarious. It’s so much I want to say but I’ll just let it go and let god do his job. 🌸🌺 (🖕🏻Remy)

What a great person Greg was. my brother Tanveer and  I met him 30+  years ago, when he lived in a Lighthouse community in Houston. He has helped hundreds of people during their time of need. May he rest in peace. You will be missed my friend.
