Hilario P. Hernandez, 93, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 19, 2011. He was born on October 25, 1918 in Gonzalez, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sabas and Josefa (Perez) Hernandez; wife, Trinidad Ramos Hernandez; brothers, Mike and Toribio Hernandez; and sister, Tomasita Medina.
He is survived by his sisters, Nimpha Rodriguez and Delores Poncio (Faustino); his children, Alice Garcia (Eugene), Magdalena Orozco (Delfino), Sabas Hernandez (Shery), Michael Hernandez, Hilario Hernandez, Jr. (Belinda); 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 5-9pm with a 7pm Rosary. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 11am at Forest Park Lawndale with interment immediately following.
