

Moniqueie was born on September 23,1983 in Los Angeles, California with her family she lived there until 1990 to San Bernardino, her freshman year was at San Bernardino High School and sophomore year at pacific high school, where she joined the swim team. Then we moved to Barstow, California, where she finished her high school years. She attended Barstow high school while she managed her high school education. In November of 1997 her and brother Jaisson went to San Diego to a youth convention where she got saved that weekend. She graduated from high school in 2001, she continued her education at Barstow Community College for a semester then finished at Victor Valley College in Victorville, CA and studied early childhood development. She managed to do four years before she moved with her family to Houston, Texas in 2005. Where she finished working towards what she wanted to do in life,she became a preschool teacher. She was very passionate about what she did for the last 14 years of her life. She loved all her children even after they left the schools she was employed at, she made sure she was still an active part in their lives. Although Jaia never had children of her own the kids she worked with were her children. She leaves behind her brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends she called family. She proceeded her death after her mother Ruthie Williams and grandmother Zettie Williams. She is survived by her brother Jamison Smith Sr, Jaisson Louis, Brandon Williams, her sister Sherita Louis, Brother in law John Conway and Jacorey Mcguire, and her baby brother O’jean Louis her nephews Jamison Smith Jr, Charlie Smith, her niece Wonder Smith, Jamil Smith, Jazmin Smith, Laderrick Jones, Rojelio Smith, Kaimani Conway, Kalani Conway, Kai’leo Conway, JacionSmith Her great niece and nephews Lamar smith, Emrii Smith, Jamari Conway, Jalan Conway, Janiyah Conway, Jaleah & Jaliah Conway, Honesty Conway. She also leaves behind her Godmother brother and sister Rosie Lester, Casandra Lester and Christopher Jackson. Also, her Auntie Lois- Auntie Mae as well as numerous of cousins extended aunts and uncles and all the friends that became family. If you knew Jaia everybody who has crossed paths with her became family, that was the number one thing she was about was her family no matter how far away or how long she hadn’t talked to you it was family or everything.
