Jane was a charter member of Freeway Manor Baptist Church where she was a long time member of the church choir and a teacher and director in the children’s Sunday School. She later became a member of First Baptist Church – Pasadena where she was a longtime member of the church choir there. She was employed by Galveston-Houston Company, where she retired after 28 years.
She is preceded in death by her first husband of 49 years, Bill R. Kelly, and by her second husband of 13 years, E.A. “Al” Olson. She is survived by daughter, Vicki Kelly Owen and husband Paul, of Houston; Edwin Kelly and spouse Noy, of Houston; Patrick Kelly and wife Nivi, of Austin; sister Sarah Walker and husband John, of Wyoming; grandchildren Jamie Vance, Courtney Garza, Sarah Owen, Ryan Kelly, and Chris Owen and 3 great- grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00pm Friday, December 1, 2017 at First Baptist Church Pasadena, 7500 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm with Interment following the services at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery located at 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas 77023.
