Born in Houston, TX, on January 4th 1930, Jannette was raised during the great depression as one of 6 siblings in a household full of love and warmth. Jannette graduated high school and she and her twin brother T.J. both went to college– a first for their family. A few years later, Jannette met Joe Airola, the love of her life. Joe and Jannette were married for 54 years until his death from cancer in 2007.
Jannette dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a loving home. As a mother to three children, sons Mark and Jim, and daughter Cathy, she imparted values of compassion, resilience, and unconditional love. Jannette was a devout Christian whose faith guided her through life's joys and challenges. Her unwavering belief in God and her commitment to living a life of love and service were evident to all who knew her.
An avid crafter and game enthusiast, Jannette found joy in restoring furniture, playing Texas 42 or bridge, and spending quality time with her loved ones. However, her greatest passion was her garden, where she poured her heart and soul into cultivating a vibrant oasis of beauty and tranquility.
Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
