Jewel Dean Sisk went to be with the Lord on May 10, 2010 in Houston, TX. She was born in Apple Springs, TX on March 23, 1929 to parents Bonnie and Gladys Kendrick. Jewel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend that will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 62 ½ years, Billy Sisk; children: Ron Nathan Sisk and wife Susie, Jerry Edwin Sisk and wife Kelly, and Melinda Ann Bryan and husband Rodney; grandchildren: Robyn Sisk, Jeffery Sisk and wife Kodi, Tiffany Sisk, Brandon Sisk and wife Melissa, Ashley Bryan and Krista Bryan; sisters: Reba Navarro, Mildred Comardo and Ruth Kyle; brothers: Clifford and Benny Paul Kendrick; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to invite friends for visitation on Thursday, May 13, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, TX, 77060. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Berean Baptist Church, 10250 North Freeway, Houston, TX, 77037 followed with a burial at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
