Jill Smith

Jill Sabayrac Smith, 44, daughter of Louis and Nelwyn Sabayrac, passed away on November 30, 2015, in Houston, TX. The stroke that caused her death was sudden and shocking, but family and friends surrounded her with love.

In life Jill was full of fun and laughter. When she walked in a room the world seemed a lot rosier. She could gossip about anything, but what interested her the most were her two boys, her work as an early childhood educator, and spending time with friends and family.

Jill is survived by her husband, Brian Smith; her two sons Brian Smith II and Louis Smith; her two sisters Anna Marchand and husband Jason, Katy Sabayrac; her parents Louis and Nelwyn Sabayrac; a gaggle of nieces and nephews; and many beloved family and friends. Her daughter, Ivy Smith, precedes Jill in death.

Visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Sunday, December 6 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Located at 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.

Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the Angels at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 10:30 am with Reverend Jim McPhail of Memorial Drive UMC officiating. Burial will follow.

Following the service guests are invited to join the family for a meal in the Parlor Room at Servants of Christ UMC Parish located at 3827 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77017.
