Jo Beth Ellis

She was born in Mason, TX March 23, 1941.

Jo Beth attended Harlan High School in San Antonio, TX where she met and married Patrick Ellis on October 14, 1961. They were married until his death in 1989.

Jo Beth had a career with Aldine ISD Food service for many years and retired in 2011.

After her school retirement, she worked many years for her friends Jan and Peggy Carpenter in their businesses.

She had great passion for her beautiful yard and spent many hours outdoors.

Jo Beth also loved her dog Brewster and her bird Lucy. She would take them for car rides, and to the park for walks every day. She loved spoiling them. They are going to miss her.

Jo Beth loved going to the beach, fishing and camping with her family throughout her life.

She always looked forward to seeing her family visit and was always ready to go out and eat her favorite foods. Crawfish, cheese enchilada’s and margaritas. Her family is going to miss this too.

Jo Beth is survived by her daughter’s Pamela Mitchell and Cassie Stevens, her son-in-law Brent Mitchell

Her grandchildren, Bryson Stevens and Kyle Mitchell.

Her brother Marvin Cunningham and sister Nola Gibson.

Jo Beth was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Ellis, daughter ,Tamela Ellis, grandson, Brandon Stevens and her parents, Marvin and Estella Cunningham.
