Joe graduated from San Jacinto High School in 1959. He then worked Air Force for 20 years and Lab Tech at NASA for 20 years. He was actively involved in he loved to play online game Everquest.
He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Corine Angel and brother Jack Angel.
Joe is survived by his wife Linda Angel, children Michael Angel and Tina Angel and grandchildren Joseph Powasnick and Emily Powasnick.
