John Scott Spencer 74, passed away on Saturday July 30, 2016 in Houston, Texas. John was born November 28, 1941 in Austin, Texas. John graduated from the University of Texas A&M with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1965. John worked several years in the oil industry for Flour Daniels and Litwin International. John was preceded in death by his parents Authur Scott Spencer and Florence Rosine Spencer. He is survived by his brother James D Spencer and wife Diana Spencer of Crosby, Texas, nephews; Stephen Spencer and wife Elle Spencer of Omaha, Nebraska, David Spencer and wife Erica Spencer of Crosby, Texas, great nephews and nieces; Danielle Spencer, Sarah Spencer Drew Spencer, Erin Spencer and Tori Spencer, great-great nephew JJ Spencer.
