John Robert Wehmeier

John Robert Wehmeier, 56, of Houston, Texas, entered into heaven on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. John was born to Rev. Dr. Waldemar W. Wehmeier and Barbara (nee Carson) Wehmeier on May 30, 1962 in Chicago Illinois.

John worked as a warranty manager in the trucking industry in both Wichita, Kansas and Omaha, Nebraska. He enjoyed waterskiing, golf, bowling and softball. He had a happy, fun-loving and giving personality.

John is predeceased by his mother, Barbara, and his grandparents, William and Pauline Carson and Erwin and Eunice Wehmeier. John is survived by his father Waldemar, sister Sheryl, his brothers Charles (Barbara) and Mark (Deanne). He is also mourned and grieved by his nieces and nephews who considered him to be their fun-loving uncle as well as co-workers and friends he met along his life’s journey.

The visitation will be held at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1515 Hillendahl, Houston, TX 77055 on Saturday, July 14 at 9:00 am. Service will follow immediately at 10:00 am.
