Julius F. Arto Jr., A Third Generation Houstonian, Passed Away on October 7, 2015. A Veteran of the U.S. Army 321st Signal Batallion Corps. Retired from Houston Lighting & Power Co. after 41 Yrs. Member of the the 'IB of EW' for 67+ Yrs. Retired Reserve Sgt. with the Harris County Sheriff Dept. after 16 yrs. He leaves behind his Loving Wife of 65 yrs Martha Sue Arto, Daughter Martha Susan Fore, Son Earl F. Arto, Grandson Ronald R. Hulett Jr., and Great Grand Daughters Hailey Raelyn Hulett and Ryleigh Rae Hulett. He was my Best Friend and Father, and my only lifetime fishing and hunting companion. Rest In Peace Daddy.
