

Kionn O'Neil Terroy Lamothe was born on August 8, 1991 to the late Florio Ray Bygrave and Bernadette Simon in Brooklyn, New York. He was very devoted to his family. At an early age, Kionn confessed his love for Christ and was a member of Beulah Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church under the leadership of Pastor Artemas Julien. Several years later after the passing of Kionns father, his mother wanted to provide a better life for her boys so the family moved to Houston, Texas. Kionn adapted to the move quite well. He was a star athlete at Dekaney High School, where he excelled on the basketball court and graduated. Kionn never met a stranger. He was very outgoing and fun to be around. After high school Kionn developed a new found talent in music and was in the process of pursuing his gift. Everyone who heard his music knew he had something special. Kionn is preceded in death by his father, Florio Ray Bygrave. He leaves to cherish his loving mother; Bernadette Simon and caring step-father Emon Simon, his siblings Jermaine, Kwesi, Demetri, Raven, Sanaa, and Kayla; grandmothers; Gloria Charles, Horterise Donaldson; grandfathers, Terrance Lamothe and Renford Donaldson; aunts/uncles; Marcia Harvey(Edwin), Marcia Hamilton(Albert), Hillary Charles, Kerry Lamothe, Michael Mendes(Lisa), Kevin Charles, and Steven Lamothe. The mother of his unborn child Jaresha Taylor and a host of cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
