Lonnie Reed Thomas IV

Lonnie Reed Thomas IV was born to the union of Lonnie Reed Thomas Jr. and Laurel Bernadette Freeman Thomas, on June 23rd, 1979 at Herman Hospital in Houston Tx. A member of Wesley AME since birth, he gave his life to Christ on April 24, 1988. He spent most of his early years between Houston with his parents in the married dorms at Texas Southern University and with his maternal grandparents in Fort Worth Tx, primarily the “Stop Six” area. He attended Carroll Peak, Spring Branch, and Woodview Elementary Schools, Spring Woods, F. M. Black, Clifton, and Wonderlake Middle Schools for early childhood education, going on to graduate from Klein Forest Senior High School in 1997. Lonnie was a great father and hard worker who always strived to provide for his parents, siblings, friends and most importantly his only son. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ethel and David Freeman, and his paternal grandparents Lucile and Lonnie Thomas. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father Lonnie Thomas, his mother Laurel B. Thomas, his brother Dameon D.J. Thomas, his sister Maryah Thomas, his son Kingston Thomas and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
