Bubba was born on November 1, 1952, he was 69 years old. He told everyone who would listen, and was so proud that he was “going to be 70 years old on his birthday”.
Bubba was an avid Houston Texans and Houston Astros fan, he would never miss watching a game no matter how much the teams would win or lose. Above all else, Bubba looked forward to seeing and Facetiming his two grandchildren, Trace and Colt.
Bubba will be most remembered as a jokester and a prankster. He loved to embarrass his daughter by trying on hats from the women’s section of every store they went in - the gaudier the better; and it was anyone’s guess who would receive the dreaded Old Spice “soap on a rope” from “Santa” every year. He would snicker as it was being wrapped and labeled for the next “unsuspecting” victim. His easy chuckle and humor will be greatly missed.
Bubba is survived by his children, Carolyn Hall Blake {Greg} of Roman Forest, Texas and Randell {Dayla} Hall of Bryan, Texas; Sister, Gail Mancuso of Houston, Texas; Beloved Grandchildren Trace and Colt Hall; Nephews who were like sons, Joe {Montie} Mancuso and Anthony {Jacki} Mancuso along with great nieces and nephews Lilly, Danielle and Cullen Mancuso. Bubba was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Hall and father Louis William Hall, Sr.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 2:00 to 2:30 pm, with a reception to follow for family and friends from 2:30 to 4:30 pm at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Louis’ name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, a charity that was near and dear to his heart for the support they provided to him as a child. https://donate.lovetotherescue.org
