Martha Ann Hernandez, age 67, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday May 13, 2018. Martha was born June 14, 1950 to Nicholas Moreno Hernandez and Peter Villarreal Hernandez Sr.

Martha is survived by; brother Peter Villarreal Hernandez Jr., sister Yvonne Elaine Sparkman and husband James, sister JoAnn Selph and husband Larry, sister Jeanette Hernandez and sister Cindy Lerma and husband Lucas.

Martha was preceded in death by; father Peter Villarreal Hernandez Sr. and mother Nicholas Moreno Hernandez; brother Patrick Hernandez.

A visitation for Martha will be held Friday, May 18, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
