Maryann Morriss, 65, of Humble, Texas passed away on April 14, 2014. She was born to August and Mary Schatz. Maryann was a 20+ year employee at South Western Bell and a 30+ year member of Christ the King C.C. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Morriss and step daughter Laura Morriss. Left behind to cherish her memory are her son Bryon Morriss and wife Michelle; grandchildren Dylan Morriss, Justin, Brittany and Brandi Sorrels; great grandchildren Caleb Ray and Chloe Elmore as well as Alissa Everett, sister Rosemary Roberts and brother August Schatz and wife Pat. A visitation is scheduled for Monday April 21 from 5-9 PM with a rosary at 7 PM and a Funeral service will take place at on Tuesday at 10 AM at Christ the King C.C. located at 4419 N. Main in Houston, Texas 77009.
