Michael "Mike" Faterkowski, 71, of Houston, Texas passed away March 12, 2025. He was born in Houston on October 15, 1953. Mike graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1972. He married his high school sweetheart Fonda Rogers Faterkowski on June 2, 1973. He worked as a manager for Southwest Bell in IT, for 25 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years.
He was survived by his nephew Thomas Faterkowski. Cathy Noack (Gene), Larry Chmiel (Pat), Ronnie Rogers (Debbie), Donnie Rogers (Michelle) and Cynthia Buchanan (Mike); nieces and nephews Brandon Noack (Tiffany), Kelli Shaffner (Todd), Stacy Williams (Bo), Kevin Chmiel, Blake Noack (Jessica), Kelsi Rogers, Derek Rogers, Sarah Mitschke (Drew), Patricia Doyle and Wendy Faterkowski as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Chmiel, Jesus Garza, Drew Mitschke, Blake Noack, Derek Rogers and Bo Williams.
Visitation for Mike will be held at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 19th from 9:00 - 10:30 in the Chapel. The Rosary will be at 10:30. The Funeral Liturgy will be held 11:00. The Rite of Committal will be held at 11:30.
