Although our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing he has joined his wife (our mom), Rosa, in Heaven—together again, dancing in the skies.
Noe was an avid reader of history books and enjoyed testing everyone he met on their knowledge of history. He loved music, dancing, movies, traveling to McAllen, sports, and always had a flashlight and masking tape handy. He also enjoyed snacking on Abuelita hot chocolate, Coke, peanut butter, and flan.
Noe is preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosa Arteaga, and his brother, Jesus Arteaga Torres.
Left to cherish his memories are his three daughters, Monica, Maggie, and Vicky; grandchildren, Adrian, Julian, Anastacia, Sam, Briana, Roger, Steven, Zach, and Juliet (his lovebird); along with many other family members.
May his soul rest in peace. He will forever remain in our hearts.
The family would like to thank everyone for their support, care, and compassion, especially those who are traveling.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life, with a small reception to follow the burial services back at the funeral home.
