Nora LaVerne Reyes Meindok, 82. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, Dickinson, TX. Surrounded by her family and friends. She was born October 2, 1941 in Houston, TX to Francisco and Lois Reyes.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Roman Meindok.
She is survived by her daughters, Angela G Fanos, Dorothy D Meindok (and spouse) Roger W. Grange, brother Antonio L. Reyes, grandchildren Evie E. Fanos, Roman E. Fanos (and spouse) Denali Fanos, great-grandchildren Mikenna, Evan, Kiki, Jasper, Thomas and Teeland, many beloved nieces and nephews including her namesake Katherine LaVerne Henry, Rhonda "Granny Grunt" Cantu and Catrina Bailey, Jimmy Meindok, Graham Meindok and Jeffery Reyes. Cousins Jessica Dyan-Ryan, Coventry, Remington, Cambridge and God-son Robert. as well as her Southwestern Bell / CWA Local 6222 family.
