After graduating from Xaverian High School in Brooklyn in 1969, Paul attended St. John’s University in Staten Island, graduating in 1973. His professional life was marked by unwavering integrity and remarkable confidence in his decisions.
Possessing a truly gregarious personality, Paul was a guiding force and a trusted connector in the maritime industry for over five decades.
