Rafael Maldonado

Rafael had a passion for traveling and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He believed in living life to the fullest and did that every day of his life. He also loved all sports, especially soccer, and like visiting stadiums around the world.

Rafael is survived by his wife of 50 years, Maria Esmeralda, his daughter Aimee, and his mother Maria del Socorro as well as 9 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 13, 2024 at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road, Houston, Texas 77055. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday at Waltrip Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
