Raymond Earl Sanford

On November 4, 1947 a special bundle of joy was born to Robert Lewis and Vivian Sanford and they proudly named him Raymond Earl Sanford. Raymond accepted our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at a young age. Later in his adult life, he rededicated himself to Christ at Greater True Light Missionary Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor T. O’Brian Berry. On December 3, 2019 our Heavenly Father decided He needed a special rose to be added to His garden, so He picked Raymond. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lewis and Vivian Sanford; his brothers, Robert Lewis Sanford, Jr., Kenneth Sanford and Charles Lewis; and his sisters, Latitia Watson and Vivian Roberson. He leaves to cherish his memories: four sisters; Shirley Emerson, Christine Mayes, Sandra Clark, and Delores Sanford; one brother, two brothers-n-law, Ray Emerson and Robert Watson; one aunt Nellie Mae Moses (Harvard), one uncle William Sanford; six nephews, Ray Emerson (Brenda), Steven Sanford, Teddrick Sanford Sr., Elijah Sanford Sr. (Brandi Wingate), Nijell Sanford, JaMichael Sanford (Brittany), and Bruce Roberson; seven nieces, Tremicka Stansberry (Errol), Jaquetta Watson Lewis (Johnathan), Sharron English (Eric), Valencia Sanford-Bates (Michelle), De’Cassalyn Sanford, Javodia Sanford, and Carretta Sanford and a host of great nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Honorary nieces, Crystal Green, Rochelle Scott, and April Sanford.
