He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Avis E. Cullins.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Elizabeth Cullins; son, Robert Lee Cullins II and wife Judy; grandchildren, Stacy and Jim Denison, and Kimberly Sisler; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will begin at 12pm, followed by a funeral service at 1pm, on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
